A form of treatment aimed at relieving emotional distress and mental health challenges.

The management of stress, development of new coping skills, handling life transitions and planning as well as working on areas such as trauma, grief and loss, addictions, conflict resolution, relationships, and self-esteem.

Each session is 50 minutes. Longer sessions can be requested.
Some people attend therapy for a brief amount of time for a single issue, while some people may attend therapy for a couple of years for more complex issues. This is determined by the client and their therapist.

Fees vary depending on the location, degree and expertise of the therapist, as well as the type of service requested. Please contact us for a detailed quote based on your individual needs.

Each therapist has a specific set of skills and have come to Red River North CTS Inc. with various experiences and degrees, which means they may or may not be the best fit for you. We try to make sure everyone is best matched to the therapist they work with.

Yes. We offer in-person and virtual* sessions to accommodate each person’s comfort level.

Yes. At first, attending a new place or a new resource can be scary. If you’d like to bring someone with you to your first appointment, they can hang out in our waiting room, or join you if you’d like. However, therapy is a very personal experience, and it is important that you attend on your own eventually.
