Individual Therapy
Red River North CTS Inc. offers a person-centred approach to clients, young and old, enabling them to determine their own goals, explore their feelings, better understand themselves and others, and work towards desired change.
Couples Therapy
Whether you and your partner are going through a significant life event, difficult relationship issues, separating or simply wanting to work on strengthening a specific area of your relationship, couples therapy could be a great resource. Counselling is tailored to your personal relationship needs and goals.
Family Therapy
Red River North CTS Inc. offers Multisystemic Family Therapy that supports the entire family to develop specific strategies and accommodations in the home, school and community level. We work towards enabling families to create more positive interactions, new family coping strategies, and better behavioural management.
Art & Expressive Therapy
Art Therapy offers a wide range of healing opportunities that support curiosity, regulation & mindfulness. Healing is encouraged by bringing deeper awareness to new ways of being despite artistic abilities. Career & Life Counselling
Life Coaching and Career Counselling are the processes of helping someone find the path between where they are now and where they want to be. Often there are gaps and obstacles to achieving our desired outcomes, and a Red River North CTS Inc. counsellor will partner with you to generate solutions and forward momentum within a supportive, discovery-based framework. This can be useful in areas of life such as career, health, relationships, and more.
Social Work Services
This is a social work consultation service from a trauma informed, attachment based, and disability focused lens. Social work services are intended to provide stabilization for families of neurodivergent children and youth whose needs are not currently being met through existing social services and mental health systems.
This service pairs a family with a social worker who provides support, psychoeducation, and advocacy for caregivers, schools, and other supports to help identify and understand their child’s behaviours from a neutral, brain-based, and/or disability lens. We support families that include children and youth who have a diagnosed disability, as well as those without a diagnosed disability. This includes children with all types of differences, like behavioural challenges, ADHD, FASD, anxiety, and Autism.
$100/one-hour session in office or virtual
(Mileage is additional for all in-home and community based services.)
Art Journaling for Grief & Loss
Art journaling is a short-term therapeutic activity that works to restore wellness in the areas of health, physical, mental and emotional wellbeing through guided artistic expression and journaling. It taps into a person’s senses and gives them a new language to express the difficulties they are working through, particularly for grief and loss work.
Affordable Counselling Options
Red River North CTS Inc. offers brief therapy sessions for individuals (10+) at an affordable rate based on financial need.
Sliding Scale Appointments may be offered for brief therapy at a reduced rate and are available based on therapist availability.
Student Facilitated brief counselling sessions are offered at a low cost of $40 and are available from September to April with therapy students completing their Master’s degree. They are under the supervision of Red River North’s Clinical Directors, and follow strict professional guidelines and standards. Many of the students in this program are already established in their careers in social work, psychology, nursing, ministry or other helping professions.
FEES + TAXES
Fees vary depending on the location, degree and expertise of the therapist, as well as the type of service requested. Please contact us for a detailed quote based on your individual needs.

NOTE: We do not direct bill private insurers at this time.

It is our desire to provide affordable counselling. In addition to standard fee schedules, a limited number of sliding scale appointment slots are offered for those in exceptional circumstances and who would not have access to services otherwise.

There are no taxes charged on Social Work Services.
It’s also beneficial to note that Registered Social Workers are authorized as Medical Practitioners under the Income Tax Act for the purpose of claiming medical expenses on income tax returns.
