Connie is empathetic, nonjudgmental, and commits to providing a safe space for individuals to show up as they are. She believes in empowering clients to move at a pace that feels safe for them, while fostering resilience in their journey to self-discovery and healing. Connie values supporting individuals who struggle with perfectionism, black and white thinking patterns and overwhelm. She strongly advocates for the use of the arts as a form of communication for when language is a barrier or when words are not enough.

Connie Haw is a trauma-informed Registered Canadian Art Therapist (RCAT) and Expressive Arts Therapist (ExAT.) She holds a Masters’ level diploma in Art Therapy and Expressive Arts Therapy from the Winnipeg Holistic Expressive Arts Therapy Institute and a Bachelor of Arts Degree (BA) in Anthropology and Psychology from the University of Manitoba. Connie is musically trained with the Royal Conservatory of Music and has experience using a wide variety of art mediums and modalities to encourage holistic healing and exploration.
