Megan Duczminski is a Registered Social Worker (RSW), having completed a Master of Social Work degree (MSW) from Wilfred Laurier University in 2019, and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Manitoba in 2010. She has also completed her certification in Focusing-Oriented Therapy through the Prairie Region Centre for Focusing in 2022, and is in the process of completing her certification in Gottman Couple’s Therapy.

Megan recognizes that taking care of your mental health can be an overwhelming prospect, and you can be confident that you will be offered a safe and non-judgmental space to be heard and supported. She offers a holistic, person-centred approach to trauma-informed and relational therapy, in a down-to-earth style, that is tailored to your personal needs, and goals. Megan holds the philosophy that even the most difficult of life’s seasons have wisdom to offer us, if we can navigate, and hold space for the whole range of human emotions and foster more compassion for ourselves. She highly values client self-determination and ensures that the therapeutic process is a collaboration between client and therapist.
