Victoria is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) holding a Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Manitoba and is certified in perinatal mental health.

Victoria utilizes an integrated approach to therapy that allows her to understand her clients’ individual needs and preferences and match these with effective treatment methods. Much of Victoria’s approach to therapy involves blending mind and body approaches that honour how trauma and anxiety are experienced. Victoria sees her role as providing a safe space, information, and strategies to help her clients meet their goals and believes that compassion, acceptance, and trust are at the heart of any positive change brought about by therapy.
